By immersing yourself in cold water, you stimulate blood flow, reduce inflammation, and accelerate muscle recovery. This therapy has been shown to help relieve muscle soreness, improve joint function, boost immunity, and increase mental clarity and focus. It also activates endorphins, leaving you feeling refreshed and energized.

What to Expect

During your cold plunge session, you’ll immerse yourself in water kept at a controlled temperature of 50-55°F. Initially, you may feel a shock to the system as your body adjusts, but after the first minute, you’ll begin to experience the therapeutic benefits. Our sessions are designed to be short but impactful, lasting between 3 to 5 minutes. For beginners, we recommend starting with shorter durations and gradually increasing time as your body acclimates to the cold.
